Robert Franklin Anderson, 95, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 14, 2024. He was born on October 12, 1928, to Jesse Ira and Onda Olive (Bivens) Anderson.
After losing his parents at a young age, he was raised by his aunt and uncle. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was honored for his service. He married Anna Pauline Spears and they had four sons.
Robert worked for Indiana Bell for 41 years, retiring as District Manager of Buildings Services. Known for his strong work ethic and kindness, Robert enjoyed vacationing with his family, home improvement, reading, and fishing.
Predeceased by his parents, six siblings, and wife, Anna, he is survived by his sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
