Before we ask VV to review any information, let's review it in totality first to ensure there are no issues.
Below is my thought process. I requested AI to convert my notes into a timeline and format it for this webpage. Please let me know your thoughts.

Project Timeline
Weekend Review: Feb 2, 3
You, Linda G (I can include her), and I review all material, using a single PDF for all documents. The first version can be accessed here: Voyages of Discovery PDF V1
- I'll print and look over each page of the VV One pagers for 2024 Travel Forum - Voyages of Discovery PDF V1 on Saturday evening.
- Please do the same and email me if any changes are needed. Same goes for Linda.
Monday Feb 5-(9?): Request VV proofreading/feedback
- You send the email to VV to collect feedback on the second version of VV One pagers for 2024 Travel Forum - Voyages of Discovery PDF V1.
- We ask them to review it and provide comments to you (by the end of next week, perhaps Feb 9?), and they should copy me in their response.
- I'll make any corrections or changes unless it involves content, then you need to have approval.
Website Design
During the week of Feb 5, I design a very simple website based on the flyer content.
- First, you, Cathi and Linda provide feedback,
- then I include others both on and outside VV.
It will be the first introduction of hvj.voyage . My goal is it could be announced as “live” at the forum.
Milestone
Feb 10 is our MILESTONE for “ok” printing and starting distribution, primarily handled by Linda for on-campus activities.
Thoughts? The PDF follows…..
PDF V1
1) the forum invitation, 2) a modified version of the invitation for use after the forum, and 3) two pages for each of the five trips.
